Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to transform operational and workplace technology data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making across the organization.

This role will focus on collecting, aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources including Cherwell, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Apps, Excel, and AV management platforms. The successful candidate will identify trends, uncover utilization patterns, detect anomalies, and provide recommendations that improve collaboration spaces, technology investments, and workplace planning.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on dashboard development experience and a passion for turning complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze data from:

Cherwell

ServiceNow

Excel

SharePoint Lists

Power Apps

AV technology platforms

Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

Consolidate multiple data sources into meaningful reporting frameworks.

Analyze room utilization trends across conference and collaboration spaces.

Identify underutilized and overutilized meeting rooms and collaboration environments.

Develop recommendations regarding room technology licensing, AV investments, and future workplace designs.

Investigate anomalies and trends in room usage and technology consumption.

Partner with AV engineering and workplace technology teams to improve reporting capabilities.

Produce executive-level reporting and recommendations.

Support migration and reporting efforts related to Cherwell and ServiceNow environments.

Assist workplace planning teams by providing data-driven recommendations regarding conference room sizing, capacity planning, and technology investments.

Present findings to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Reporting.

Experience developing dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.

Advanced Excel skills.

Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow environments or ServiceNow teams.

Experience working with Cherwell.

SharePoint and Power Apps experience.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
