Job Description

BeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Research Analyst to support a federal public health contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This role assists in planning, conducting, and analyzing research activities that inform communications strategies, digital product development, performance evaluation, and program optimization efforts. The Research Analyst works under the direction of senior research staff to ensure deliverables are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with federal performance standards. 

NOTE: Position Contingent upon award of contract. This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract. 


Requirements

  • Plan, develop, and conduct systematic research under the direction of senior research staff.
  • Support formative research efforts that inform development of digital, social, print, and multimedia communications products.
  • Participate in evaluation of systems and processes to identify design gaps or determine feasibility of recommended improvements.
  • Assist with requirements analyses to support project planning and implementation.
  • Perform statistical analyses to identify relationships among performance metrics, engagement outcomes, and cost-effectiveness measures.
  • Compile and synthesize data from multiple sources, including analytics platforms, surveys, and literature reviews.
  • Contribute to preparation of reports, summaries, and client-ready materials.
  • Support tracking of deliverables and performance indicators using project management tools.
  • Organize assigned tasks within established budget and schedule guidelines.


Educational and Experience Qualifications 

The following qualifications are the minimum requirements for successful performance under the anticipated contract. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in research, data analysis, or program evaluation.
  • Experience performing quantitative analysis and interpreting results.
  • Familiarity with basic statistical methods and reporting techniques.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven federal contracting environment.
