ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive business performance? As a Data Analyst for World360 Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in supporting commercial decision-making by extracting, analysing, and interpreting data from a variety of sources. Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Data teams, you will design impactful reporting solutions, optimise data processes, and help improve the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of business information. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, accuracy, and reliability across platforms
  • Extract, transform, validate, and manage data from diverse databases and systems
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and drive outcomes
  • Develop, optimise, and maintain SQL scripts to improve data processing efficiency
  • Analyse data anomalies and implement robust processes to maintain reporting accuracy
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, BI, and Data teams to deliver business value through analytics
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and data quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data solutions
  • Design, build, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards that support strategic objectives
  • Develop meaningful insights and analytical reporting to support commercial and operational decision-making
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within financial processes and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced collaboration and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Data Analyst role
  • Degree qualification in IT, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a high transactional volume environment
  • Proficient in SQL, Power Query, and Power BI, with knowledge of Databricks and Azure Cloud technologies
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate outcomes
