Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Data Analyst for its Coralville, Iowa location.

Duties: Gathers, cleans, organizes, models, and reports on data necessary to construct predictive models and other enrollment services offered by College Raptor. Works closely with both College Raptor's enrollment management consultants and campus partners to ensure a positive outcome for college enrollment offices. Utilizes best practices in data analysis to ensure the value of College Raptor's services for every campus partner. ย Collects, cleans, organizes, and analyzes College Raptor internal data including web traffic, scholarships, and sales metrics. Conducts ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and resolve emerging business needs. Responds to data requests by providing accurate and timely reports and analysis.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. Must have the following skills from academics or industry: Utilizing R programming to collect, process, and analyze data using visual and statistical analysis techniques; Utilizing Rattle to conduct predictive modeling; Utilizing Tableau to create interactive dashboards and visualize data; and Utilizing Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data by leveraging visualization, statistical techniques, and formulas.
