A services organization in Stamford, Connecticut, is seeking a new Data Analyst III to join its team, with responsibilities for managing data collection, analysis, and reporting, and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day




  • Schedule: Full-time




  • Hours: 8am to 5pm




  • Setting: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)




Responsibilities:




  • Performing data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting




  • Designing, testing, and documenting processes and SQL queries




  • Extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources




  • Responding to data inquiries from various groups




  • Creating and publishing regular and ad hoc reports




  • Performing other duties, as needed




Qualifications:




  • 5+ years of related work experience




  • Bachelor's Degree




  • Experience with relational databases




  • Alteryx, Tableau and MicroStrategy experience




  • Knowledge of SQL




  • Knowledge of Query tools / Statistical software




  • Strong analytical skills




  • Strong organizational skills




  • Attention to detail




  • Problem-solving ability
