Data Analyst

Apex has an opportunity for a Data Analyst for a client in Stamford, CT. Position: Data Analyst Location: Stamford, CT Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Hire Day-to-Day Responsibilities: The business analyst will be responsible for identifying and driving the direction of capabilities needed to reduce systematic fall out requiring manual intervention, improving the end-to-end Mobile customer experience in the process. This position will focus heavily on data analysis, detecting new issues/gaps based on trends which will require coordination between multiple operational and technical teams to identify a root cause and solution. The ideal candidate should possess the expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of performance metrics. The business analyst will be responsible for processing, designing, and making this data presentable to operational and executive steering committees, which will help support the prioritization of enhancements and the overall decision-making process.

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of Analysis Experience
  • Strong Communicator and detailed oriented
  • Experience with MicroStrategy (or similar analytics platforms), Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
