Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at PM2CM. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making across various projects within the organization. You will play a crucial role in developing insights from data, presenting findings, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our business processes and project outcomes.

Hybrid work schedule (Wednesday and Thursday in the office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
