Position Description:
Engineering Data Analytics Specialist - Powertrain Programs. The Engineering Data Analytics Specialist supports Technical Value Management (TVM) initiatives across powertrain engineering organizations by providing data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and project tracking support. The role enables engineering teams to achieve cost-reduction objectives through actionable insights derived from engineering and cost-related data. This position requires strong Power BI expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to transform large datasets into executive-level reporting and business intelligence tools. The individual will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product development, and program teams to monitor cost-saving initiatives, track implementation progress, and improve reporting efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing engineering and cost-related datasets.

Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
