Job description

We're seeking someone to join our team as a BI Analyst/Developer, supporting the delivery of compensation analytics, reporting, and modelling capabilities across the global Rewards function.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Compensation Operations team overseeing Compensation Technology and Operational Processes across the Rewards function.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the firm's compensation management system, analytics tools, and compensation reporting capabilities.

  • Support the maintenance of existing reports and respond to user queries related to compensation analytics.

  • Design and deliver new compensation analytics dashboards within the system, based on user requirements and analysis of offline tools such as MS Excel and MS Access.

  • Build strong relationships with compensation analysts to understand existing offline reporting and modelling practices.

  • Design and implement modelling and scenario analysis capabilities within the compensation application.

  • Partner closely with system users, Information Technology, and the wider data analytics function to deliver reporting enhancements.

  • Participate in requirements gathering, creation of test scenarios, and validation of bug fixes related to system reporting.

  • Contribute to system documentation and training materials to support end users.

  • Assist with the operational support of the full compensation lifecycle, including monthly accruals, yearend decision collection, and employee communication processes.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • At least 6 years of experience in a reporting or analyticsfocused role.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and MS Access and/or SQL

  • Strong data analysis and data visualisation skills.

  • Excellent analytical judgement with a high level of diligence and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

  • Experience with reporting tools, compensation data, and system implementations is an advantage.
