Job description

Temporary position for 12 months


The Business Intelligence and Member/Client Analytics Department leads the development and promotion of member/client knowledge in data analysis and valorization to support strategic decision-making among marketing partners.As a marketing data analysis and valorization advisor, you contribute to the use and valorization of data collected from various channels. You extract, describe, analyze and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions. You assist partners in the Marketing and Market Development Division on analytics development initiatives that involve using data and designing reports tailored to business needs. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization's objectives and priorities.You interact with stakeholders working in other fields to understand needs and present and explain analysis results. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Identify and analyze partner needs, work on data valorization initiatives including the development of indicators and dashboards, and ensure operationalization through the cross-sector coordination required
  • Build and develop self-service reports by using database management systems, and make recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Help marketing partners define their needs, make recommendations and provide advice for selecting, implementing and using data management tools
  • Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analysis to ensure optimal data use. Make recommendations in line with business issues and needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management tools
