It also offers community leadership opportunities to professionals. CLASS collaborates with its clients - the Non-ProfitOrganizations tohelp them realize their mission and create tangible value. CLASS offers business consulting services in Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources/ Organization,Financeand IT.
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams.
Position Type:Volunteering(All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid). It is a Remote Position.

We are looking for anAI Managerwho can bridge the gap betweenartificial intelligence tools and business processes. This role focuses onidentifyingopportunities where AI can improve efficiency, decision-making, and scalability, and thenimplementing practical, ethical, and value-driven AI solutionsacross functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifybusiness processes where AI can improve productivity, accuracy,or speed

  • Translate business needs into AI use cases and implementation plans

  • Partner with stakeholders across functions (HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, etc.)

  • Evaluate, select, and implement AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation, analytics, copilots)

  • Configure and customize AI tools for internal workflows (prompt design, automation flows, integrations)

  • Drive adoption of AI solutions across teams

  • Improve reporting, insights, and operational efficiency using AI-powered analytics

  • Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI

  • Collaborate on AI usage guidelines, data privacy, and compliance standards

  • Monitor performance, bias, and risk in AI-driven processes

  • Act as an internal AI advisor

Requirements:
Education Qualification & Experience

  • Hands-on with modern AI tools,understandsbusiness workflows, and can translate use cases into measurable outcomes.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, workflow automation tools, analytics tools)

  • Experience implementing AI in real-world business settings (not just theory)

  • Exposure to data analytics, dashboards, or automation platforms

  • Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and compliance

Skills/Abilities

  • Ability toevaluate, compare, and select AI toolsbased on business needs rather than hype

  • Ability tomap end-to-end business processesandidentifyopportunities for AI-driven improvement

Commitment

  • Minimum1+yearof commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.

  • Attend Weekly Meetings:1conferencecalls.

  • Time: Minimum 5 hours per week [excluding meeting time].
