No experience necessary—we provide paid training from day one. If you have experience in any dance style, we'll teach you everything you need to become a successful dance instructor and grow professionally. Teach Ballroom, Latin, Social, Wedding First Dance American Smooth/Rhythm. We welcome applicants with experience in any dance style, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, swing, and more.

We provide the students, so you'll never have to search for clients. Enjoy a supportive team, paid vacation, professional coaching, performance and competition opportunities, and a clear path for career growth into leadership, management, and studio ownership.

Whether you are already teaching or you are a competitive dancer ready to build a career.

Duties:

  • Private and group dance lessons
  • Perform at studio showcases and events.
  • Dance Pro-Am at Regional, National, and Interregional Competitions.
  • Participate in Paid training and ongoing professional development.
  • Continue your own Professional training and Competitive dance career.
  • Travel within the U.S. and internationally for competitions and events, when applicable.
