A Dance Program Manager oversees the planning, organization, and execution of dance programs within organizations such as schools, studios, or community centers. Their responsibilities include developing curricula, coordinating instructors, scheduling classes, managing budgets, and promoting events. They work to ensure high-quality instruction and a positive learning environment for students. Additionally, Dance Program Managers often collaborate with artistic directors, choreographers, and administrative staff to achieve the program's goals.
