Youth Activities Instructor / Enrichment Coach (Part-Time, Weekdays Only)

Our Mission:
As the world’s largest network of certified youth fitness instructors, Stretch-N-Grow delivers high-quality, engaging enrichment programs directly to preschools and elementary schools. Our Youth Activities Instructors, Enrichment Coaches, and Early Childhood Educators lead structured music, sports, dance, yoga, gymnastics, and movement classes that support child development and help children build confidence, coordination, creativity, and healthy habits — all while having FUN.

What You’ll DO:

  • Lead high-energy enrichment classes, including music, movement, and dance
  • Teach foundational skills in coordination, balance, rhythm, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Travel to local preschools and early learning centers
  • Create a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom environment
  • Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Represent Stretch-N-Grow with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Have FUN :D
What We NEED:
  • Outgoing, confident instructors who love leading groups of young children
  • Experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, childcare, youth sports coaching, dance instruction, gymnastics, yoga, music education, or related programs is preferable
  • Don’t have experience? If you have a strong desire to work in children’s activities, programming, and instruction, we’d still love to talk to you!
  • Comfortable leading active, engaging group activities
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma (education, kinesiology, performing arts, or related coursework a plus!)
