  • Manage a patient panel of approximately 13–16 patients per day.
  • Conduct visits averaging 20 minutes for regular appointments and 40 minutes for new or complex cases.

Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted State Medical License and DEA
  • Minimum of 1 year post-residency clinical experience (no residents)

  • Physician Partnership Track
  • 6 Weeks Paid Time Off, including holidays and CME
  • $5,000 Annual CME Allowance
  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match, vested immediately
  • Medical Malpractice Insurance (provided)
  • Sign-On and Relocation Assistance available

Why Join Us?

This is more than a clinical role—it's an opportunity to help redefine how primary care is delivered. You'll be part of a mission-driven organization that values preventive medicine, meaningful patient relationships, and physician autonomy within a supportive, team-based environment.
