To thrive in Dance Modeling, you need strong dance technique, poise, body awareness, and the ability to visually tell a story, generally supported by formal dance training and modeling experience. Familiarity with stage lighting, photography setup, and choreography software can be valuable, and some jobs may require a portfolio or representation by an agency. A typical day for a Dance Model often involves attending photoshoots or video shoots, rehearsing dance routines, and working closely with creative directors, choreographers, and photographers to bring artistic concepts to life.
