ABOUT THE ROLE
Junior Summer Dance Teaching Staff support the successful execution of Crowd Pleasers Dance camps by assisting with choreography instruction, performance modeling, camp energy, and documentation. Junior Staff members work under the direction of assigned Senior Staff and play a key role in creating a fun, engaging, and professional camp environment for every team we serve.
This position is designed for strong performers and educators who are developing leadership skills while contributing meaningfully to the CP camp experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Junior Staff support Senior Staff in delivering high-energy, high-quality camp experiences. This role focuses on choreography execution, teaching support, and creating a positive camp culture.
You'll thrive in this role if you:

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience teaching, assisting, or performing in dance team, studio, or camp settings
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to demonstrate choreography full out
  • Comfortable teaching and cleaning choreography for large groups
  • Experience performing halftime, pep rally, and contest routines preferred
  • Ability to adapt teaching style to varying skill levels
