Compensation:
  • $40-48/hr. (coaching)
  • Sub pay: $46/hr. (weekday subbing) | $50/hr. (weekend subbing)
  • $15/hr. (office)
  • Raises + titles at milestones (Lead Coach, Head Coach, Program Lead)
  • Plus: sign-on bonus ($50), paid training, and reimbursement for clearances ($60 value)
