We're seeking an experienced dance coach to work with dancers looking to sharpen their technique and prepare for auditions, performances, and competitions. This role includes teaching technique training, choreography, and flexibility and conditioning, as well as guiding dancers through audition prep and performance preparation. Coaches also help dancers build stage presence and develop competition strategy to perform at their best when it matters most. Ideal candidates have professional or competitive dance experience, prior experience judging dance competitions, and a clear, structured approach to helping dancers grow both their technique and their confidence. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every dancer.
