Individuals in these roles, often called 'Dak clerks' or 'Dak assistants,' are responsible for receiving, sorting, dispatching, and tracking incoming and outgoing mail. Their work ensures that communication flows smoothly within departments and with external agencies. Dak jobs are commonly found in government offices, public sector organizations, and large private companies where document management is essential.
