Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and terminology.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience or internship in construction or electrical work.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in electrical work.
• Certification in electrical safety or first aid.

Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians in installing wiring, outlets, switches, and other electrical components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and tools, and ensuring materials are organized and accessible.
• Carry out basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and bending conduit, pulling wires, and securing electrical equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• Help troubleshoot electrical issues under the supervision of a licensed electrician and report any problems or hazards.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.
