Join D‑Riven’s traveling installation team

We build, modify, relocate, and remove industrial electrical systems nationwide. If you’re a licensed Journeyman who thrives on field work, safety, and craftsmanship, you’ll fit right in.

Your impact
  • Champion safety on every task, following D‑Riven standards and customer site rules; perform and verify LOTO before work starts.
  • Execute installation work under the direction of master electricians and project engineers.
  • Assemble infrastructure: measure/cut/bend EMT, thread rigid, and install Unistrut frames, hangers, cable trays, and conduit.
  • Complete wire pulls and terminations (manual and mechanically assisted) for distribution and controls.
  • Mount panels, disconnects, junction boxes, and motors; trace and label conductors before equipment removal.
  • Repair/replace worn or failed power distribution components and reassemble equipment to spec.
  • Develop task‑level material lists; organize tools, supplies, and parts; maintain clean work areas and equipment.
  • Coach apprentices and oversee quality of workmanship.
Travel rhythm
  • 100% travel to projects across the U.S., typically 3–4 weeks (sometimes a few months) on site before a break.
  • Company‑paid and prearranged travel: flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.725/mile when you drive your personal vehicle from home to the work site (excludes daily hotel‑to‑site travel).
  • $70.00 daily per diem.
  • Continuous travel expected as part of the field team, with occasional holiday downtime.
Pay and benefits
  • $31.00–$35.00 per hour starting (commensurate with experience and skill level).
  • Time‑and‑a‑half for hours worked over 40 in a week.
  • Accrual of 120 hours of PTO (vacation, sick, personal) with manager approval for use.
  • Health coverage begins the first day of the month after your start date.
  • Benefits include: 401(k), 401(k) match, health, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, EAP, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
Qualifications
  • Active Journeyman Electrician license; trade school training preferred.

  • Experience with aerial lifts, forklifts, and other powered equipment.
  • Reliable vehicle for interstate travel and a personal hand‑tool kit (wrenches, sockets, etc.).
  • Comfort with electrical schematics and field layout.
