D-Riven Engineered Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrification Engineering Manager to lead our Industrial Engineering Electrification Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished electrical engineering professional to oversee complex power distribution projects, mentor technical teams, and influence the design and execution of critical industrial infrastructure projects across the United States.

What You'll Do

As the Electrification Engineering Manager, you will provide technical and operational leadership for D-Riven's electrification projects while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering Electrification Team
  • Oversee industrial power distribution system design, assessment, and implementation projects
  • Direct Senior Electrical Engineers and Electrical Superintendents in conducting site surveys and infrastructure evaluations
  • Review and approve power distribution designs, one-line diagrams, and installation plans
  • Evaluate existing electrical infrastructure for system capacity, load requirements, and future expansion
  • Optimize designs for constructability, material availability, project schedules, and operational uptime
