Ticket Seller
The ticket seller is responsible for selling tickets to the public using the POS System while creating memorable experiences for our guests!
Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal Openings. Flexible Schedules!
Shifts fall between 8:30am and 9 or 10:00pm based on park hours and guest occupancy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Processing credit card and cash transactions
  • Pick up, drop off and balance your daily money bag.
  • Assist the general public with ticket sales and rentals (strollers, wheelchairs, lockers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of all Mt. Olympus promotions, coupons, discounts, and events
  • Create an exceptional experience for all guests through a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with Mt. Olympus attraction layouts and height/weight requirements. You will also need to know restroom, first aid, rental, and lost & found locations.
  • Answer questions regarding general park knowledge, tickets and hours of operation
  • Assist with the restocking of ticket booth/rental supplies.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures for Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park
  • Assist with scanning wristbands and checking carry-ins
  • Picking up garbage and helping keep a clean work environment
  • Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed

Ticket Seller Requirements:
  • Must always bring a smile to work.
  • Must be able to maintain and present a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
  • The applicant must be honest, dedicated, maintain confidentiality and be trustworthy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and able to follow directions, checklists, and comprehend instructions in a professional and courteous manner with our guests, employees, training supervisor, and managers.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills, be dependable, reliable, diligent, and be on time for work.
  • Must be a team player and able to provide superior customer service.
  • Able to complete basic math calculations.
  • Candidates must be computer literate and able to maintain a guest-friendly, quality service attitude at all times.
  • Strong customer service, with the aptitude to resolve conflicts
  • Position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, use hands to reach and handle tickets, money, receipts, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to perform work duties outside in varying weather conditions prevalent at the time.
