Position Overview
We are seeking a talented, experienced Lead HVAC/Plumbing & Sewer Dispatch Supervisor who thrives in a fast paced environment and can manage high call volume, scheduling complexity, and urgent service needs with confidence. This role requires leadership, technical understanding of the trades, and a passion for developing people and driving KPIs.
You'll be the central hub of communication between customers, technicians, and management-ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and consistent achievement of daily goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily dispatch operations for HVAC, plumbing, and sewer service teams of roughly 2-4 team members.
  • Utilize Service Titan to schedule, assign, and track jobs efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds daily KPI goals.
  • Strategically schedule technicians to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Create and review estimates as needed to support customer and field operations.
  • Apply trade knowledge to support troubleshooting and job preparation.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate dispatchers and technicians to strengthen team performance.
