We have the below part-time shift available:
Part-time opener (5:30am - 1:30pm) working Monday - Thursday
This position pay $16.00 per hour

People's Food Co-op is currently seeking full-time employees to work in the Deli Counter. They efficiently and accurately perform all functions at the deli service counter, assist customers, and ensure that each and every customer feels engaged and delighted.
The work includes:
  • Preparing sandwiches, specialty coffee and tea beverages, and other items for customers
  • Ensuring the soup and salad bar remains stocked and clean
  • Prepping various products for the next day
  • Cleaning to include: dishes, sweeping, mopping, trash removal
  • Oversee the receipt of orders and verify invoice accuracy and product quality.
  • Ensure proper product rotation.
  • participate in orientation and training for all deli counter staff.
  • Assist with inventory of items.
  • Direct deli staff to ensure an adequate supply and selection of deli salads, entrees, home meal replacements, hot case foods, soups, sandwiches, and bakery items.
  • Ensure all staff activities and operations are compliant with health code guidelines in absence of the Department Manager.
