Job description

Our Individualized Education Services Department is dedicated to serving your children by:

  • Implementing research-based classroom practices designed to improve academic outcomes and behavioral performance for all students.
  • Offering a full continuum of special education and related services in the least restrictive environment to children from age 3 until their completion of the 8th grade and supporting their subsequent high school transition.
  • Partnering with parents to promote the collaboration among the school, home, and community that enables all students to achieve throughout their educational experience and beyond.

This position is eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus.
Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in job-related area
  • Illinois Professional Educator License
  • LBSI endorsement required
  • Bilingual endorsement Spanish required


Compensation and Benefits (2026-2027 school year)
Minimum starting salary with Bachelors degree:
$56,920 (includes District paid TRS pension) - pro-rated to start date
Minimum starting salary with Masters degree:
$62,042 (includes District paid TRS pension) - pro-rated to start date
