Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 / hour (pay based on experience)

What You'll Do:
  • Gather patient history and vitals
  • Perform venipuncture and conduct lab tests (hematology, serology, blood chemistry, urinalysis, fecal analysis, and skin/ear cytology)
  • Place IV catheters and monitor hospitalized/surgical patients
  • Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgery patients
  • Assist veterinarians during surgical procedures
  • Conduct and assist with diagnostic testing and radiography
  • Educate clients on pet care both in-person and over the phone

  • Active RVT license or enrollment in an accredited Veterinary Technology program
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A team player with empathy, warmth, and a great sense of humor

  • Ability to lift/restrain pets up to 40 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the day
