We are in search of a dedicated Concrete Foreman to oversee our concrete crew and ensure all construction projects, from start to finish, are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
The Concrete Foreman responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities, ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations, and supervising and directing personnel.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in managing crews, knowledgeable about construction procedures, and proficient in using concrete construction equipment.
The role of the Concrete Foreman is to ensure the highest quality of concrete work that meets project specifications and exceeds client expectations.
Requirements
  • Overseeing the operations at the job site, including workforce management, safety, quality control, and coordination with other crews
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
  • Estimating and ordering the required materials for the project
