Job description

We are looking for experienced rythm-based indoor cycling instructors to join our team.
BODYROK Power Cycle classes combine beat-driven rhythm riding with elements of classical power cycling. Every class is high-energy, low-impact, and cardio based for maximum calorie burn. We use top of the line STAGES Indoor Cycling Bikes paired with our state of the art PerformanceIQ technology to help track your progress and power output throughout the class.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Teach high-intensity, rhythm-based indoor cycling classes
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to all BODYROK clients
  • Represent the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of class
  • Excellent ability to multitask and communicate
  • Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand

Qualifications:
  • Attended a minimum of 10 BODYROK Power Cycle classes
  • Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
  • CPR and Liability Insurance (special rates and access given upon completion of training)
  • Preferred 1-year minimum experience instructing rhythm-based cycling classes

Physical Requirements
  • Teach high-intensity indoor cycling classes, both on and off the bike
  • Assisting clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
  • Ability to teach clients of all fitness levels
  • Teach effectively and safely during all classes.
