A Cycles Consultant is a professional who specializes in advising organizations or individuals on optimizing and managing business or production cycles. This can include consulting on supply chain processes, workflow efficiency, inventory management, or software solutions like SAP or Oracle that track business cycles. Cycles Consultants analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs. Their expertise may be applied in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or IT, depending on the specific needs of the client.

How does a cycles consulting professional typically collaborate with clients and internal teams during a consulting project?

A Cycles Consulting professional works closely with both clients and internal teams to analyze current business cycles, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions. Collaboration often involves regular meetings to gather client requirements, presenting findings, and facilitating workshops to align on project goals. Internally, consultants coordinate with analysts, subject matter experts, and project managers to ensure that recommendations are practical and tailored to the client's needs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as consultants bridge the gap between client expectations and technical delivery.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a cycles consultant, and why are they important?

Familiarity with tools like GIS mapping software, transportation modeling systems, and knowledge of relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or urban planning credentials are valuable. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills help consultants collaborate effectively with clients and communities. These capabilities are crucial for designing effective cycling solutions that promote safety, accessibility, and sustainability in urban environments.

About FullStack
FullStack is your AI-native engineering partner, built to turn AI capability into certainty. Most companies can demo AI; few can get it to production and prove what it produced. We close that gap with three capabilities, AI built into your products from the start, elite vetted talent who apply it, and transparent execution that shows value every step of the way. With now over 600 customers in North America, FullStack is one integrated partner for all your AI engineering needs. With FullStack, you move forward with confidence.
We're most proud of:

  • Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) for direct international client engagement.
  • Sales & Consultation: Demonstrated background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or client-facing advisory roles.
  • AI Tooling: Hands-on experience using AI-driven automation tools in pre-sales or technical workflow contexts.
  • Agile Decision-Making: Handles fast-moving deal cycles and high-pressure client demands with steady composure.
  • Client-Facing Authority: Wins trust during prospective client pitches and executive presentations.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary.
  • Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave, holidays).
  • 100% remote work.
  • The ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) w/ 4% match.
  • Ample opportunity for career advancement.
  • Continuing education opportunities.
