Job Description
The Solution Consultant must have proven success selling and developing markets in a high average deal value, MRR or Residual based sales cycle. You must have experience socially selling into mid-size to enterprise organizations and running sales cycles of 30 to 90 days with a highly consultative, driven approach. You must be able to manage a pipeline forecast, provide clear direction, anticipate start up and ramp up obstacles while adhering to a formal coaching schedule. You must be able to relate quickly to prospects and create quick rapport with strategic partners. Prior success in software or payment processing will be helpful, but not required. You must have prior income of at least 80k per year.
Qualifications
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Solution Consultant will grow and manage a pipeline of payment processing and software prospects while maintaining better than a 50% win rate for sales opportunities.
  • 2+ years of on-quota transactional sales experience selling B2B applications or solutions; payment sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in highly competitive markets
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Teamwork and good communication skills a must
  • Four year university/college degree required
  • Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Manage and sell to a defined geographic territory
  • Prospect, develop, and close prospects for PaidSuite's entire suite of products
  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure PaidSuite customer satisfaction
