They are currently seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to partner with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers on large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This is a strategic client-facing role focused on solution consulting, enterprise discovery, pre-sales engagement, and helping organizations adopt scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead executive-level discovery workshops to understand complex business challenges and transformation objectives.
  • Partner with enterprise clients during pre-sales, solution consulting, demonstrations, and strategic planning engagements.
  • Advise customers on industry best practices while positioning scalable, product-based solutions instead of highly customized implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Implementation teams to develop winning solution strategies.
  • Participate in RFP and proposal discussions, helping shape compelling solution narratives for enterprise opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into strategic technology recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate executive presentations and communicate solution value to C-level stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Consulting, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Software Advisory roles.
  • Strong background working with enterprise-level software platforms, SaaS solutions, or business process automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer engagements.
  • Experience participating in RFP responses, enterprise discovery sessions, and executive solution presentations.
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise business processes, organizational change, and technology adoption.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and guide organizations toward scalable digital solutions.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
