If you're looking for meaningful work, smart teammates and the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company that's redefining security operations, Arctic Wolf is the right place for you.

Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We're looking for a Senior Partner Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to be a part of making this happen.

This role works closely with Partner Sales, Partner Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Enablement, and Operations teams to create scalable partner journeys that increase program participation, accelerate partner productivity, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strong marketing executor with a passion for partner ecosystems, customer journeys, campaign optimization, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute partner lifecycle marketing programs that support partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and growth.

  • Develop and manage partner nurture campaigns, email communications, newsletters, and targeted engagement programs.

  • Support partner onboarding initiatives designed to accelerate time-to-first-opportunity and time-to-first-sale.

  • Drive participation in partner training, certifications, incentives, MDF programs, co-marketing activities, and partner events.

  • Partner with Channel Sales, Partner Enablement, and Marketing teams to identify lifecycle milestones and engagement opportunities.

  • Segment partner audiences based on partner type, performance, engagement, geography, and business objectives.

  • Coordinate campaign execution through marketing automation, CRM, and partner management platforms.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key lifecycle metrics including engagement, activation, program adoption, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

  • Identify optimization opportunities based on performance data and implement improvements to partner journeys and campaigns.

  • Support partner-facing webinars, virtual events, workshops, and enablement programs.

  • Maintain campaign documentation, reporting, and operational processes to ensure program scalability and effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting channel, reseller, MSP, MSSP, distributor, alliance, or strategic partner programs.

  • Experience working in a cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environment.

  • Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.

  • Understanding of partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and co-sell pipeline metrics.

  • Experience supporting partner events, webinars, and enablement programs.

  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and partner marketing best practices.

  • Experience collaborating with sales, channel, and revenue operations teams.

  • Certifications in marketing automation, CRM platforms, or digital marketing disciplines are a plus.

On-Camera Policy

  • To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.

  • Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers.

  • We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
