This position provides technical and managerial oversight for cybersecurity operations, Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation, system authorization and accreditation, vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, and regulatory compliance. The Cybersecurity Manager ensures enterprise information systems remain compliant with DoD cybersecurity requirements while protecting critical mission systems against cyber threats.**Roles and Responsibilities:*** Lead and manage cybersecurity personnel supporting enterprise IT and mission-critical systems.* Direct implementation and execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.* Oversee DoD system authorization, accreditation, security assessments, and continuous monitoring activities.* Manage vulnerability assessments utilizing eMASS, HBSS, ACAS, and other cybersecurity tools.* Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity directives, NIST standards, DoD 8570.01-M, and DoD 8140 workforce requirements.* Develop cybersecurity policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.* Coordinate cybersecurity activities with Government customers, engineering teams, and program management.* Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to cybersecurity professionals while ensuring the protection of enterprise information systems and mission assurance.**Basic Qualifications:*** Must be a U.S. Citizen. The salary range posted is for Washington, DC.
