This role centers on engineering and sustaining Comply‐to‐Connect (C2C) capabilities that protect critical enterprise systems, enhance visibility, and enable mission-focused decision making.You’ll take the lead in designing and supporting C2C deployments, managing key infrastructure, and partnering with technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and ongoing performance across the enterprise. Your work will help shape the future of secure network access and system compliance.**Responsibilities:*** Engineer, design, and implement C2C deployment solutions while managing appliances, servers, and related infrastructure.* Collaborate with network service providers to create and maintain comprehensive network architecture diagrams.* Evaluate and recommend technology upgrades to optimize performance, standardization, and alignment with cybersecurity best practices.* Monitor and troubleshoot C2C performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing improvements.* Work closely with cross‐functional teams and customers to gather, coordinate, and communicate critical technical information.* Support Assessment & Authorization (A&A) efforts, system accreditation activities, and cybersecurity technology evaluations.**Qualifications:****Required:*** Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.* Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ additional years of experience in place of a degree.* At least 5 years of experience in Information Systems Security and/or Cyber Engineering.* Background working with technologies used in enterprise‐scale deployments and data center environments.* Hands‐on experience with enterprise security tools such as firewalls, IPS, antivirus solutions, and network management systems.* Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, TCP/IP networking, 802.1x, and general network security principles.* IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA‐Security) or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire.**Desired:*** CISSP certification.* Experience deploying vendor‐agnostic C2C capabilities within DoD environments.* Proficiency with Cisco ISE and tools such as Nmap, Nessus, and tcpdump.* Familiarity with Shell, Perl, or XML scripting to automate routine security tasks.* Experience with tool such as: Nmap, Nessus and tcpdump.**Work Environment:*** Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (approx. 50%).* Occasional movement within the office to access equipment or collaborate with team members.* Frequent communication with colleagues, leadership, and customers—including presentations and technical discussions.* Ability to clearly exchange information in a dynamic, team‐oriented environment.This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
