Job description

The Business Systems Analyst III (BSA) leads large-scale IT projects, providing advanced technical oversight and strategic guidance. This position involves complex requirement analysis, project management, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive business transformation initiatives.As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support, Functional & Technical administration for Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution

  • Support new ETL & API implementation efforts by assessing current configurations and identifying gaps

  • Assist peers with system development

  • Troubleshoot & resolve technical and functional issues

  • Business Event Monitoring of customer production environments

  • Performing root cause analysis of defects and elimination/reduction of defects

  • Manage customer expectations in a way that results in high customer satisfaction

  • Facilitate appropriate Business Area / Functional Area approval of system enhancements and prioritization of requests

  • Development requirements based on business objectives and best practices

  • Leverage AI capabilities to support procurement activities

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in business analyst systems, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.

  • Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.

  • Solid Experience in developing and troubleshooting MSSQL

  • Knowledge of data integrity and management

  • Intermediate/advanced experience in API configuration and maintenance

  • Experience implementing / applying current cyber-security standards

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of ETL

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp technology solutions and concepts

  • Experience in supporting a multi environment SaaS solution

  • Proficient in communicating with all aspects of the organization, including leading in cross-functional efforts

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding internal and external user expectations

  • Adhere to best practices in code and configuration management

  • Ability to foster a good working relationship with peer system admins, developers, users and project managers

  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Ability to conceptualize business workflows and design within system workflows

  • Proven experience in creating and supporting Python for data management, API calls, and language models

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • 2-4 years of system admin experience for a Procure-to-Pay system (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc)

  • Minimum of level 2 certification

  • Supply Chain background and experience

  • Experience working in Gov Cloud environment

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.

  • Ability to work on a computer for majority of the work shift.

  • Hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks.

  • Ability to travel as required.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
