- Bachelor's degree in business, contract management, acquisition, legal studies, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- Five or more years of federal contract and subcontract administration experience, preferably in a Department of Defense environment.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, government contract terms and conditions, and subcontract flow down requirements.
- Experience drafting and administering subcontracts, modifications, nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and related contractual documents.
- Experience maintaining contract files, deliverable and CDRL records, warranties, software licenses, EULAs, and related program documentation.
- Ability to analyze complex contractual documents, identify risks and obligations, and communicate requirements clearly to technical and business personnel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, writing, negotiation, and records-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation under deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic contract or document-management systems.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor, legal studies degree, or experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government contracts organization.
- Experience supporting international DoD security cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, Building Partner Capacity, or overseas defense programs.
- Experience with Costpoint, WAWF, PIEE, SAM.gov, or other federal contracting systems.
