Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
โ€ข Manage user access requests and permissions across multiple platforms including Active Directory, Mainframe, LDAP, UNIX, and Microsoft Exchange in the ITAR and non ITAR environment.
โ€ข Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts, ensuring timely and accurate access based on user roles and responsibilities.
โ€ข Utilize SailPoint or similar identity governance tools to automate access management processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
โ€ข Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather access requirements, define access roles, and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
โ€ข Perform access reviews and audits to validate access entitlements and identify any discrepancies or violations.
โ€ข Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.
โ€ข Assist in the design and implementation of access management solutions, including integration with existing systems and applications.
โ€ข Develop and maintain documentation related to access management processes, procedures, and configurations.
โ€ข Provide training and support to end users on access management tools and procedures.
