Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (AI, Data & CyberSec) - Austin, TX (Onsite Hybrid)
Quest is looking for an experienced In-house Talent Acquisition Consultant to help support our ongoing expansion across the AI, Data & Cyber Security business units in Austin. This role is a hybrid, onsite-remote role.
You will be working alongside and supporting the Regional Recruitment Business Partner for AMER.

Heres What You'll Do:
  • Be a strategic, consultative, partner to the regional business leaders
  • Advise on market trends through the use of data
  • Utilize data to inform hiring / sourcing strategies
  • Own the end-to-end hiring life cycle from initial role qualification, through to offer negotiation
  • Provide direct sourcing and market mapping of key competitors
  • Partner with HR & Comp to ensure role alignment
  • Work with some of the latest AI-recruiting tools available

What We'd Like to See:
  • 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience
  • Experience in an Enterprise Tech company
  • Proven ability to hire candidates in GTM, AI, Data or Cyber roles
