Audit ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee and manage audit engagements for our clients in the Long Term Care, Manufacturing, and Distribution sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic insights to improve client operations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute audit engagements from start to finish, including risk assessments and identifying key areas of improvement.
- Lead and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit documentation for compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, particularly in Long Term Care, Manufacturing, and Distribution sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, with a focus on Long Term Care, Manufacturing, or Distribution industries.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing audit teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present audit findings.
