Job description

CYBERSECURITY LEAD MANAGER

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly qualified Cybersecurity Lead Manager (SIEM & Enterprise Operations Focus) to support the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoWEA) Enterprise Cybersecurity Support Services contract. This position is located onsite in Alexandria, Virginia.

The Cybersecurity Lead Manager will provide strategic leadership, program management, and technical oversight for enterprise cybersecurity operations supporting DoDEA's global mission.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• U.S. Citizenship and an active SECRET security clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 8–10 years of progressive experience leading and supporting enterprise cybersecurity programs within Department of Defense, Federal, or similarly complex environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in RMF/A&A, cybersecurity engineering and operations, SIEM management, security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud security, and continuous monitoring.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
