About the Role

Our client is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a highly collaborative product engineering team in New York City.

This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who enjoys building customer-facing products, solving complex technical problems, and working closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.

The right person will be comfortable owning features end-to-end, contributing across the frontend and backend, mentoring other engineers, and stepping into product thinking when needed to make sure the team ships high-quality solutions.

  • Step into product management-style responsibilities when needed to clarify scope and drive execution
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, performance optimization, and deployment processes
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help raise the engineering bar across the team
  • Build user-centric solutions for customers managing security and compliance workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and a modern backend language such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript
