AI Agent Security will be a standard enterprise discipline within the decade. This role is where that standard gets set. You'll scale category leadership across product positioning, direct sales and partner GTM, market education, and industry influence, sitting at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, Field, and Research. The job is translating technical innovation into market impact and driving a clear, differentiated narrative across every ecosystem touchpoint.

This is a US-based role operating on Eastern Time Zone hours

What You'll Do: Category Narrative & Strategic Positioning
  • Help crystalize and evolve category narrative, positioning, messaging strategy as market develops
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value and outcome driven customer and partner messaging
  • Ensure consistency across product marketing, campaigns, field messaging, partner motions, analyst engagement
  • Help establish strategic competitive positioning and market differentiation
Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Leadership
  • Lead enterprise product positioning, launches, and cross-functional GTM execution
  • Partner closely with Product to provide insights on market direction and trends
  • Equip teams with messaging, enablement content, competitive intelligence, and field assets
  • Support pipeline growth and enterprise adoption through strong positioning & GTM execution.
Partner Marketing
  • Drive partners positioning, joint GTM strategy across strategic tech & global service integrations and channel partners
  • Develop joint GTM motions that extend market reach and category influence
  • Ensure partners can articulate the value of Agent Security and Zenitys differentiated approach
Research, Industry & Market Influence
  • Partner with Zenity Labs + SMEs to amplify research, technical insights, education initiatives
  • Help translate research into market-facing narratives, thought leadership, customer education
  • Partner with Zenity Security and Policy advocacy team to support activities with key industry standards communities including OWASP, MITRE, NIST, and CSA

  • Strong operator and leader who builds alignment and influence across executive, technical, product, and GTM teams
  • Thrives in chaotic environments - the AI Security market is evolving at unprecedented pace and requires continuous adaptation and very fast iteration cycles
  • Strong executive presence across customer, partner, analyst, and technical engagements
Interview Process

  • Hiring Manager Interview (45-60 minutes) - Deep dive into your strategic approach, ownership mindset, and ability to drive measurable partner marketing impact.

  • Team Panel (60 min) - Interview with the team you'll be leading to assess alignment and working dynamic
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Interviews (2 meetings, 45 minutes each) - Conversations with key stakeholders to assess cross-functional alignment, execution capability, and influence.
