As an Administrative Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring data accuracy across our systems. Your Impact
  • Enter, update, and maintain customer and account data with a high level of accuracy
  • Review and verify data, identifying discrepancies and ensuring completeness across systems
  • Prepare and organize information for data entry and processing
  • Support document management including scanning, copying, filing, and shredding
  • Track and log information using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with invoice printing, mailing, and administrative workflows

What You Bring
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
