Cybersecurity Strategy & Policy Analyst - Data Science / Cyber Metrics FocusClearance

Support DCIO-CS Capabilities Oversight initiatives through cybersecurity governance, enterprise metrics, data analytics, continuous monitoring, insider threat analysis, and strategic planning.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate cybersecurity policies and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct cyber risk analytics and cybersecurity program assessments.
  • Develop enterprise cybersecurity metrics and dashboards.
  • Support User Activity Monitoring (UAM) and Insider Threat programs.
  • Analyze cybersecurity data using enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Support ISCM (Information Security Continuous Monitoring) initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-level briefings and reports.
  • Support ESSG governance activities and working groups.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in cybersecurity analytics, risk management, or enterprise governance.
  • Experience with data science, reporting, metrics, or enterprise dashboards.
