This mid-level associate role focuses on advising clients on cybersecurity incidents, privacy compliance, and technology regulatory matters. The position offers a mix of reactive incident response work and proactive advisory support across complex, multi-jurisdictional issues. The firm advises major multinational organisations on complex legal challenges, combining deep sector expertise with a collaborative and international platform, providing lawyers with strong client exposure and the opportunity to develop within high-growth practice areas. Description Provide legal counsel on data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity matters to a diverse client base. Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and international data privacy regulations.

Draft and review privacy policies, data-sharing agreements, and other legal documents. Assist clients in responding to data breaches, including regulatory reporting and mitigation strategies. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address cybersecurity risks and implement compliance programs.

Monitor changes in privacy laws and regulations, providing updates and guidance to clients as needed. Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions related to data privacy and cybersecurity. Deliver training and workshops on privacy and cybersecurity legal issues.
