ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Global Information Security (GIS) Operations team as the Associate Manager, Cyber Security Operations! In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping cybersecurity awareness initiatives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to deploy engaging security awareness communication and training campaigns that help employees, contractors, and partners understand and apply security practices in practical, approachable ways. This position is perfect for a creative problem solver who values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement - helping the organization build lasting, risk-reducing habits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Educate and Engage:Design, deliver, and drive cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives that strengthen enterprise-wide security culture across employees, contractors, and external partners.

  • Ideate and Inspire: Innovate creative, fresh, people-centered engagement strategies to inspire and resonate with employees leading to lasting cyber-secure habits.

  • Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships:Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Legal, Communications, and HR, to provide a robust security awareness and training program across the organization.

  • Create and Maintain Content:Continuously improve content libraries, templates, and communication channels to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance.

  • Communicate Effectively:Craft and execute impactful and compelling security communications in partnership with Project Managers, Program Managers, and other GBS stakeholders to maximize engagement and awareness.

  • Drive Threat-Informed Awareness: Partner with Threat Management to incorporate new and emerging trends, threats, and best practices to ensure program remains adaptive and aligned with the evolving threat landscape.

  • Build Business Understanding:Engage various business functions to understand their operational risks, needs, and priorities to help support targeted awareness and training initiatives that support enterprise security objectives.

  • Measure and Improve:Utilize metrics from phishing and training campaigns to continuously assess and enhance our security strategies. Assist in the continuous development of the Human Risk Management program through strategic planning, identifying opportunities, and piloting new tools or methodologies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or related discipline

  • 5+ years' work experience in information security, risk management, human resources, communications, or IT service management.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels to share information

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills to manage tasks, deadlines, and deliverables

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees

  • This role is onsite 5 days per week for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the role is eligible for 1 remote day per week, based on business needs and manager alignment.

  • This role is not eligible for relocation.
