Job description

Cyber Product Manager

The Opportunity:
As a Cyber Project manager, you will drive the development and commercialization of new and emerging digital products in AI and cybersecurity domains. In this role, you will work across engineering, business development, and partner teams to translate customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, revenue-generating products. You will support the full product lifecycle-from concept and development through go-to-market and launch-while helping shape product strategy, partner integrations, and competitive positioning. This role requires a blend of technical product management, customer-facing solutioning, and collaboration in support of pipeline and capture activities.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, strategic growth, or multidisciplinary roles supporting cyber, advanced technology, or outcomesbased solution development

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering or technical teams to shape product direction, refine requirements, validate feasibility, and ensure alignment between technical roadmaps and mission or market needs

  • 3+ years of experience supporting capability or product development across multiple lifecycle stages, including early concept shaping, solution development, customer alignment, and preparation for capture or deployment

  • 3+ years of experience operating across multiple mission or business lanes within the cyber mission space

  • Experience collaborating with internal or external partners such as tech vendors, integrators, or venture-style partners to integrate new technologies, validate prototypes, or explore new business opportunities

  • Knowledge of modern product development approaches such as Agile, iterative roadmap planning, or missiondriven capability development

  • Knowledge of emerging cyber or IT concepts such as zero trust, offensive cyber, RF-enabled cyber, and space or cyber convergence

  • Ability to translate complex technical or cyber concepts into business value, opportunity framing, customerready narratives, and recommendations for leadership

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) programs, including proposals, capture efforts, or RFP responses

  • Experience executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including partner ecosystem engagement and technology integration into product offerings

  • Experience working in AI or ML-enabled products or cybersecurity environments, including modern software architectures such as cloud, data platforms, or APIs

  • Experience contributing to pricing strategy, packaging, and competitive positioning, including in support of bringing new products to market

  • Knowledge of U.S. government acquisition and capture lifecycle processes

  • Ability to identify and shape customer problems into product opportunities, contribute to proposal solutioning and technical narratives, and balance short-term capture needs with long-term product strategy while influencing cross-functional teams

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Agile or Scrum Certification such as CSM or SAFe, or Cloud Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
