We'reseeking a Vice President, Cyber Operations to lead one of Adobe's most critical global security organizations. This leader will partner with the Chief Security Officer to shape and guide the future of Cyber Operations! They will improve proactive defense, increase detection and response, and enhance a strong, information-based security posture.

This role builds on a solid foundation and will develop how Adobe anticipates, detects, and responds to threats globally. It protects our infrastructure, data, and people while supporting ongoing business growth.

Role Summary

The Vice President of Cyber Operations leads a global organization responsible for end-to-end cyber defense across Adobe's enterprise and cloud environments.This includes three core pillars:

  • Enterprise Security- Secures Adobe's workforce and enterprise environment through identity and access management, authentication and authorization,endpointand device security, and zero trust-aligned infrastructure protections. This team ensures strong foundational controls that safeguard Adobe identities, systems, and data.

  • Adobe Cyber Defense Center- Serves as Adobe's central threat detection and response function, delivering 24/7 monitoring, incident response, detection engineering, and threat intelligence. This teamis responsible foridentifying, investigating, and rapidlycontainingthreats across Adobe's global environment.

  • Security Engineering- Builds andoperatesthe security platforms, data infrastructure, and tooling that power Cyber Operations. This includes security telemetry and advanced capabilities such as data platforms and machine learning that enable scalable, proactive defense.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $243,500 -- $520,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $334,800 - $520,500 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $303,200 - $471,350

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
