What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, IT infrastructure, industrial systems, or related technical disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience supporting OT, ICS, SCADA, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Working knowledge of industrial control systems, cybersecurity principles, and network security concepts.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operational environments.
- Experience with OT security monitoring, asset discovery, vulnerability management, or risk assessment.
- SCADA Fence.
- Professional certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or related cybersecurity credentials.
- Experience supporting OT security initiatives, incident response, or industrial network segmentation projects.
- Ability to travel globally as business needs require >20%

A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $96,900 - $121,100. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
